In a changing retail grocery landscape, the owners of an Owen Sound store are growing.
The new Foodland on the Sunset Strip officially opened up on Thursday. The 37,000 sq ft store is the largest Foodland in Ontario.
Owner Bill Graham says in a changing landscape, it is vital to offer services that consumers want.
"So it used to be like 60% grocery, 40% fresh, now it's the other way," says Graham. "60-70% fresh is the expectation."
Graham has been in the grocery business for over 40 years.
The other growing demand, shopping for groceries online.
