The Chesley Main Street Bridge is closed indefinitely after suffering structural damage due to high, fast-moving water.
In a news release from Bruce County Transportation and Environment Services, officials say there are detours set up at Bruce Rd. 19 and Bruce Rd. 10.
The county is also keeping an eye on the high water levels at the Teeswater River Bridge in Paisley on Bruce Rd. 3.
Bruce Rd. 1 in Paisley from Duke St. to Wellington St. is also closed.
