OHL Wrap: Mascherin Scores 4 To Give Kitchener the Win

London 4 Sarnia 1

Shane Collins set up two of the Knights goals in London's 5-1 win over Sarnia.

The Sting opened the scoring midway through the first but Tyler Rollo answered for London just over two minutes later, tying the game.

Andrew Perrott's goal at 15:20 of the second period would stand as the game winner. Dalton Duhart added insurance early in the third and Cole Tymkin padded the Knights lead at 13:07 of the final period.

Jordan Kooy made 31 saves for London. Justin Fazio took the loss for the Sting, stopping 28 shots.

Kitchener 5 Peterborough 4

Adam Mascherin scored four times including the game winner in overtime to give Kitchener a 5-4 win over Peterborough.

Kole Sherwood had the other goal for the Rangers and assisted on two of Mascherin's goals.

Mascherin forced extra time with the tying goal at 12:09 of the third. His game winner came at 2:37 of the extra frame.

Luke Richardson got the win in net for the Rangers with 28 saves. Dylan Wells stopped 35 shots for the Petes.
