Home sales in Grey Bruce have broken another record. The local realtors association says October sales edged up 1.1% over last years record numbers. The 280 sales marked a significant rebound from September. The average price of a home sold in October was up 13.5% year over year, to $297,700. The over 300 new listings jumped 27% from a year earlier. However, the 750 active listings are down over 33% from last year, representing the lowest ever October level.
