Ryan Armour won the event with a final score of 19-under 269.
Ben Silverman was the low Canadian, finishing tied for seventh with a final score of 9-under 279. The 29-year-old Thornhill native earned his tour card at the same time as Conners.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
