Huron County OPP are investigating a break in at a barn southwest of Belgrave, where two rifles were stolen.
Thieves kicked in the main door, and also took an assortment of tools, including a chainsaw, a drill and a pressure washer.
The value of the stolen goods adds up to over $5,000.
The stolen rifles consisted of an older model .22 calibre bolt action Cooey rifle and a .223 calibre Savage Arms rifle with a Bushnell scope.
Police says the theft happened sometime between 5:30am and 1:30pm on August 31.
