The Peterborough Lakers advanced to the Mann Cup with a 9-7 win over the Six Nations Chiefs in the Major Series Lacrosse finals.
The Lakers won the series in five games to earn the league title.
Owen Sound native Adam Jones struck twice and set up two more in the win. Shawn Evans also picked up four points for the Lakers. He had a goal and three assists in the win.
The Lakers have a date with the New Westminster Salmonbellies for the Mann Cup and all games will be played in New Westminster.
