A Southgate man has been charged with criminal harassment.
Andrew John Gabriel, 26, appeared in court Monday to face two counts of criminal harassment, one count of failing to comply with a probation order, and one count of possession of marijuana under 30 g.
Gabriel had been cautioned by police on June 14 after he was identified as the suspect who appeared to be taking pictures of students in the area of Egremont Community School.
Since then, Grey County OPP received additional complaints reporting similar unwanted behaviour by the accused which resulted in further investigation and his arrest.
Police executed a search warrant at his address. A number of electronic devices were seized.
His next court appearance is scheduled for August 3.
