The OPP across Huron and Perth counties are thanking the public after locating a missing girl from Cambridge.
Nine-year-old Alexandra Deacon had been visiting relatives at a residence on Brandon Rd. in Ethel. Deacon was last seen leaving the residence with her mother and brother around 8pm on July 5.
Police came in contact with the girl's mother and brother four days later, after responding to a suspicious vehicle occurrence on Brandon Rd. Deacon was not with her mother and brother at that time.
Police now confirm they have found Deacon safe and sound.
