Owen Sound Hosts Sidewalk Artists

Downtown Owen Sound sidewalks will be transformed this weekend as "Chalk-A-Block" hits city streets.

Artists will be creating chalk masterpiece between 4 and 7pm on Friday. Downtown merchants will open their doors from 6pm-9pm on Friday with specials, events and music.

If you would like to participate there is still space available, though it is limited.

You can pre-register for the Chalk Art competition at the DIA Office at 854 2nd Ave. E.

Carney's Lane will also be available for children to make their own chalk marks.
