Bruce County's Scottish roots may be showing this week.
As part of the County’s 150th anniversary, Thursday has been declared Tartan Day. It's to recognize the County's Scottish heritage and the date on which a declaration of Scottish Independence was signed in 1320.
The Bruce 150 Committee is inviting residents to sport their tartan for a chance to win a Bruce 150 prize package. Tartans from all clans are welcome.
To enter, simply share photos of you, sporting anything tartan, on the Bruce 150 Facebook page at www.facebook.com/Bruce150 by April 6. The winner will be selected on April 7.
