Perth4Youth is set to host a community meeting to launch the organization with a goal of attracting youth to the region.
Youth between the ages of 15 and 29 are invited to the Elma Memorial Community Centre Thursday night, along with anyone who wants to help shape the future of their community.
The session will focus on launching the strategy by identifying and addressing the issues and opportunities that affect our local youth.
It's the first in a series of meetings that will be held as the process continues.
The meetings also offer a chance to learn about strategic planning, making your voice heard and making a difference.
Politicians, concerned citizens, educators and business leaders will also be involved.
Anyone interested in attending should RSVP to Kim Kowch at the North Perth administration building.
