Conners fired a blistering 5-under 67 in his final round to finish the tournament at 9-under 279.
It's his second top ten finish on the Web.com Tour and he is ranked sixth on the money list.
American Andrew Landry won the tournament with a 16-under 272. Jimmy Gunn of Scotland settled for second at 13-under 275.
