Keep The Snow Shovel Handy

Midwestern Ontario residents can expect a drastic change in the weather over the next 24 hours.

Rain, drizzle and mild temperatures today will change tonight to a low of -3 C to -5 C and flurries.

Blowing snow is expected Wednesday with a colder westerly flow. Wind gusts of 50 km/h, or stronger, are forecast for Wednesday.

A colder and blustery weather pattern will continue Wednesday night, Thursday and Friday.

Lake-effect snow squalls are possible with significant accumulation in some areas.
