There's a lot of expansion and growth in North Huron.
Reeve Neil Vincent says one of the biggest highlights this year was the implementation of a new shared services agreement between the North Huron and the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry.
"It has been a lot of work and basically, it's something that is a highlight and definitely a work in progress," says Vincent.
There's no doubt it's been a very busy year in North Huron, especially with the renovation and revitalization of Memorial Hall in Blyth, something Vincent says is coming along nicely.
"The Memorial Hall in Blyth, that project is moving forward and I expect to see beautiful things in the spring when we re-open the hall," adds Vincent.
As for the upcoming new year, Vincent points to other projects ongoing in the Village of Blyth (Central Huron) as well, and says it's all very positive not only for Blyth but for North Huron as whole.
