The decision was made to close all roads following discussions between the OPP and municipal officials with North Perth, Perth South and Perth East.
All plows in Perth County were previously taken off the roads.
Visibility remains low in the area.
A warming center has been set up at the North Perth municipal office in Listowel on Wallace Ave.
