Investigators from the OPP Property Crimes Unit in Huron County are looking for tips that might help solve a daytime break, enter, and theft in Huron East.
The total value of the stolen property is estimated at $60,000.
Between 2pm and 5pm last Saturday afternoon, thieves entered a rural property on Cranbrook Rd., southeast of Brussels, and forced their way into a large drive shed through a locked door.
They loaded up a truck and trailer with approximate $20,000 worth of Milwaukee and John Deere brand power tools and several large tool boxes.
They also stole two all-terrain vehicles, and a Bobcat utility terrain vehicle. They had a total value of about $40,000.
Any information that might help police should be passed on to Huron OPP or through Crime Stoppers.
Stolen vehicles included:
- A yellow 2011 Can-Am Outlander Max XT 800, 4-wheel drive All-Terrain Vehicle
- A white, 2016 Bobcat, 3400 diesel, side-by-side Utility Terrain Vehicle
- A red, 2007 Honda TRX 500cc, 4-wheel drive All-Terrain Vehicle
