Another boater was able to rescue three people aboard a sinking boat in Georgian Bay east of Owen Sound.
Grey County OPP say the Wilker Galaxie 16 power boat was taking on water and partially submerged when the other boat arrived about 6:30 pm Saturday.
A 51 year old man from Chatsworth, a 58 year old female from Meaford and a 55 year old man from Meaford were examined by Grey county Emergency Services and released.
Investigation revealed a leak in the hull went unnoticed until the boat took on too much water.
The vessel was towed to shore.
