A man who pleaded guilty to 4 charges in connection with an horrific crash in Wingham almost two years ago will have to wait until the end of November to learn his fate.
27-year-old Joshua Fryer was due to be sentenced last week, on June 30th 2016, but that date has now been held over and adjourned until November 22nd 2016.
The crash happened on Josephine St. in Wingham when a minivan and pickup truck collided on September 14th of 2014.
Marsha Benninger, the driver of the pick-up, lost her unborn baby in the crash and was also gravely injured herself.
Fryer pleaded guilty in April to Criminal Negligence Causing Harm, Attempted Theft, Theft and Drive While Disqualified.
