Grey County OPP say a nine year old passenger on a school bus was injured in a motor vehicle collision in Derby Township.
OPP say the small bus was northbound on Concession 5 when it entered the intersection. An eastbound 2006 Mazda on Sideroad 6 collided with the bus.
A 17-year-old from Tara faces a charge of failing to stop at a stop sign.
The 9-year-old student on the bus was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, treated for minor injuries and released.
The Mazda driver was not hurt.
The bus driver was treated for minor injures at the scene.
