A town hall forum on climate change is being held in Bayfield next week to gather input on how we can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to climate change.
The Lake Huron Centre for Coastal Conservation and the Huron-Bruce Federal Liberal Association will be coordinating the meeting. It's scheduled for next Thursday evening at the Bayfield Town Hall, from 7pm to 9pm.
All information will be passed on to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
Anyone planning to attend is asked to register online in advance to help organizers prepare: www.eventbrite.ca
This is part of an effort by the federal government to consult with individuals, families, organizations, communities, Indigenous peoples and all levels of government on ideas to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to climate change.
