Bruce Power has earned an award as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America.
This is the fourth time Bruce Power has earned the distinction for promoting positive workplace culture and creating a people first focus.
Achievers General Manager David Brennan says the elite companies are ahead of their peers in realizing the positive effects of engaging employees.
The judges look at elements such as communication, leadership, recognition, growth, accountability, performance, culture and values.
Bruce Power will accept the award in September at the Steam Whistle Brewery in Toronto.
“Bruce Power is proud to once again be recognized for employee engagement by Achievers,” says Cathy Sprague, executive vice president of Human Resources. “We go to great lengths to engage our employees in important initiatives that provide personal and professional growth, increase cultural awareness and maintain our vision and values of being a good corporate partner within our communities.”
