A grade 11 student from Kincardine District Secondary School (K.D.S.S.) is reaching for the top when it comes to honing his skills.
But not just any skills.
Declan Mowle shone through for the Bluewater District School Board after taking the Silver Medal in 'Outdoor Power and Recreational Equipment' at the Skills Canada National Competition recently held in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Declan's jump to the National Competition came after securing the Gold Medal at the Ontario Technological Skills Competition held earlier this spring in Waterloo.
