Perth Wellington MP John Nater plans to tour the region this summer to meet with business owners, community leaders and students.
Nater says he'll find out about their experiences with the Canada Summer Jobs Program.
He says 182 young people will be working in the riding this summer thanks to over $427,000. in funding from the program.
He says youth will gain viable skills and experience, while earning money for post secondary education.
Nater also wants to discuss skills training, labour shortages, and the aging workforce.
