The future of the Agricultural Park in Goderich has been referred to council's budget discussions.
At Monday night's meeting, council heard about one of three options for the park that carried an estimated cost of about 3.7 million dollars, but it was also pointed out that cost could be up or down as features were added or removed.
Mayor Kevin Morrison explains the decision has been made to do something with the Ag. Park, but council doesn't want to burden taxpayers with the cost.
Council voted to refer it to budget discussion, where they can explore their options and what sources of funding might be available.
The re-design of the Ag. Park will attempt to accommodate minor ball and soccer as well as a skate park.
