An engineer's report outlined the suitability of two possible sites for the proposed new Whitney Crawford Community Centre in Tiverton.
NA Engineering studied two possible sites for the new centre, one at the Library on King Street, and the other by the Tiverton Sports Arena.
They found the library site too small, and the property would require rezoning.
The arena site was found to have adquate room, and less red tape.
Kincardine Council will provide $46,000 to NA Engineering to complete a preliminary building design . The money comes from a reserve fund for the project.
