A Fergus man faces charges after a two month child pornography investigation.
In November of 2015, Guelph police were conducting an on-line investigation and at that time, they identified a male making available images via the internet. Upon further investigation, the male was believed to be residing in Fergus.
The matter was turned over to the OPP.
As a result of a further investigation, Paul Douglas Curry, 71, faces two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Accessing Child Pornography and one count of Making Child Pornography Available.
The investigation is continuing.
