Owen Sound Defeats Niagara

Listowel's Daniel Dekoning stopped 24 shots and the Attack got goals from seven different players as Owen Sound beat Niagara 7-4 in the OHL.

Niagara opened the scoring midway through the first but the Attack answered just over a minute later. Damir Sharipzyanov scored three minutes after that and the Attack maintained the lead for the rest of the game.

Sharipzyanov, Bryson Cianfrone, Petrus Palmu, Kevin Hancock, and Ethan Szypula all had a goal and an assist in the game. Markus Phillips and Josh Sterk had two assists each.

The Attack made the IceDogs Alex Nedeljkovic face 40 shots during the game.

The IceDogs Jordan Maletta lead Niagara's offense with a pair of goals.
