Some Owen Sound Residents Told To Run Taps To Prevent Frozen Pipes

The City of Owen Sound has asked about 40 property owners to run their taps to prevent frozen pipes.

The notices go out to locations that have been identified as vulnerable priority one locations under the city's standard operating procedure for preventing frozen pipes.
