A Grey Highlands man is facing charges in connection with the robbery of two pharmacies at the beginning of January.
Ontario Provincial Police say the first robbery happened in Omemee, City of Kawartha Lakes on January 5th, 2016 and the second at a pharmacy in Sundridge, ON which is just south of North Bay on January 9th, 2016.
A search warrant was executed at a home on Highway 10 in Grey Highlands by members of the Grey County OPP Crime Unit, OPP West Region Response Team, OPP West Region Tactical and Rescue Unit along with members of the Kawartha Lakes and Burk's Falls OPP.
33-year-old Stephen Paul Kelman is charged with two counts of robbery.
Kelman was scheduled for a bail hearing on Saturday, January 16th, 2016.
