The Goderich B-I-A is launching a new winter festival.
B-I-A Co-Chair Elizabeth Vanden Broeck explains the Icetacular Festival will be held in conjunction with the annual Winterfest celebration, but is intended to encourage activity on the Square in Goderich.
Iceculture in Hensall is providing many of the attractions, including a double luge track from the fountain down towards South Street.
They will also have activities like building blocks, a taffy-pulling station, an ice artists wall as well as ice hockey.
Vanden Broeck says all of the events are meant to encourage family activity on the Square.
The Icetacular Festival will be held on the weekend of February 6th to the 8th in Goderich.
