One person is dead and six people were hurt in a crash south of Chatsworth.
The crash happened late yesterday afternoon on Hwy. 10 when a northbound car and a southbound van collided head on
A 73-year old driver of the car, Elaine McMurray of Grey Highlands, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 12-year old from Owen Sound, a passenger in the car, was taken to hospital in London with serious injuries.
The occupants of the van, a 39-year old woman from Chatsworth, and four children between the ages of two and seven suffered serious injuries.
Police say two of those children have since been transferred to a London hospital.
