Mayor Tyler Hessel announced at last night's council meeting that former C-A-O Gary Long had resigned after coming to Bluewater from North Huron a little more than a year ago.
Bruce Grant, who has worked with the municipality as an acting C-A-O in the past, will assume that role again.
