There's has been little negative feedback from Bluewater District School Board parents over the new sex education curriculum.
The board's director of education, Steve Blake, says there have been a few isolated cases of parents expressing concerns. But, he says, generally, good communication with the parent has resolved the issues.
"By and large the feedback that we have had has been very supportive," says Blake.
Blake points out parents always have the option of removing a child from a classroom if they object to material.
