Perth County OPP have recovered a stolen trailer and arrested a Huron East man in connection with the theft.
Last Wednesday, officers were called to an industrial property on Tremaine Ave. South in Listowel, where an 18-foot long red utility trailer, valued at $7,500 had bee nstolen.
The next day, Perth County OPP Property Crime investigators arrived at an address along Browntown Road in Huron East where the stolen trailer was seen.
After getting a seazrch warrant, officers entered the property, recovered the trailer and a arrested a suspect.
The 20-year-old has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, altering/destroying/removing a vehicle identification number and failing to comply with probation order.
