The mayor of Bluewater says the municipality has responded to a notice from a resident that a wind turbine was leaking oil.
Tyler Hessel says they've passed the concern on to Nextera with the hope that they'll address the problem if there is one.
Hessel adds the municipality is not in the business of building or maintaining wind turbines and has little control or responsibility for that type of thing but they have passed the complaint along.
