The Bluewater School Board is Looking For Community Partners

The Bluewater District School Board hopes to create new partnerships by reaching out to community organizations.

The Ministry of Education is encouraging boards to share planning information with community organizations on a regular basis.

The partnerships could help school boards, students and communities , while optimizing the use of facilities .

The board has invited community partners to indicate an interest in a partnership by completing an "Application of Interest for Community Facility Partnership ".

The board will update its website regarding new building, or significant renovations.

The public will also be informed about the availability of space in existing facilities.

The Bluewater Board will hold public meetings once a year to discuss potential facility partnership opportunities with the community .

A public meeting is planned for Monday June 15 at the Education Centre in Chesley starting at 6:00pm.
