UPDATE: Power has been restored as of 4:08pm.
Around 1,000 Hydro One customers in the Lucknow area remain without power this afternoon.
Hydro One says Lucknow and parts of Ripley are affected in the outage. Areas around Wingham and Teeswater were restored just after 3pm.
Power was first cut to most of the region just before 2pm, and officials say it won't be fully restored until 4:45pm.
