Kincardine Man Charged In Fraud Investigation

A Kincardine man is facing charges as part of a South Bruce OPP fraud investigation that began last month involving unauthorized use of a debit card.

The investigation culminated yesterday with an arrest.

While processing the suspect, officers allegedly found a prohibited knife in his possession.

The 23-year-old Kincardine man has been charged with nine counts of fraud under $5,000, four counts of breaching probation and unauthorized possession of a weapon.

The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information regarding this incident to call police at 1-888-310-1122.
