Perth County will start 2015 with some experience in the Warden's chair.
Perth South mayor Robert Wilhelm was acclaimed to the position Wednesday. He was the Warden for Perth County in 2014.
He says the new council's mix of new and returning members will be a solid team heading into a tough budget year.
The county has had another reduction in Ontario Municipal Partnership Funding. Wilhelm says this is the second year in a row that funding was cut back by over $2-million.
Also, Perth County is still in recovery from last winter, where they depleted much of their snow removal reserves.
