Newly-elected Mayor Sue Paterson - who took over from long-time mayor Kathi Maskell - was introduced along with her six council colleagues.
The three-term councillor replaced the retiring Maskell in last October’s election.
New councillors Hazel Pratt-Paige and Steve Fitzsimmons were also introduced.
