Peter Johnson is proving he's not ready to fade into the sunset.
He recently retired from OMAFRA after 30 years in extension and as the provincial cereals specialist.
Johnson has continued to be involved with farm conferences, research projects and speaking engagements.
Now he's signed on with South West Ag Partners as a senior project agronomist.
South West Ag spokesman Rick Youlton says Johnson will provide support and expertise to the company's customers participating in the Veritas strip-till project.
