Knights sign four following training camp

The London Knights have signed Ontario Hockey League (OHL) Scholarship and Development Agreements with Ryder Boulton, Henry Brzustewicz, Evan Van Gorp, and Jared Woolley.

Ryder Boulton

The Atlanta, Georgia native arrived at Knights training camp as a free agent invite.

According to the team, the forward earned his roster spot with his speed and gritty playing style.

Boulton spent his 2022-23 season with the Buffalo Jr. Sabres 16U AAA. He recorded 6 goals and 8 assists in 64 games.

Boulton's father, Eric Boulton, played 14 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Sabres, Thrashers, Devils, and Islanders.

Boulton will wear #11 with the Knights.

Henry Brzustewicz

Brzustewicz came to the Knights via trade. He was acquired on Friday, September 1 from the Ottawa 67's.

Brzustewicz went 22nd overall in the most recent OHL Priority Selection and is considered one of the top defenceman in the draft class.

He played the 2022-23 season with the North Jersey Avalanche. He combined for 95 points in 84 games.

Brzustewicz will wear #2 with the Knights.

Evan Van Gorp

The Watford, Ontario native attended training camp as a free agent.

Van Gorp played his his U18 AAA season with the Elgin Middlesex Canucks. He's a forward who recorded 40 points over 35 games in 2022-23 and scored the overtime winner for team green in the green and gold game on September 2.

Van Gorp will wear #14 with the Knights.

Jared Woolley

Woolley was the Knights sixth overall selection in the 2022 OHL Priority Selection at 105th overall.

The Port Hope, Ontario native brings size to the Knights defence corps at 6'3" and190lbs.

He played with the Quinte Red Devils U18 AAA in 2022-23 where he recorded 24 points over 36 games.

Woolley will wear #51 with the Knights.
