The London Nationals beat the Cyclones 3-2 in overtime on Friday, to eliminate Listowel from the Sutherland Cup semifinals in Game 5.
After two scoreless periods, Cullen Mercer scored 6:13 into the third to give Listowel the lead, but both Brandon Glover and Quinn Lenihan followed up with a goal for London to make it 2-1. Chayse Herrfort scored for the Cyclones with less than 30 seconds left in the frame to force OT.
Glover scored the game winner for London 15:31 into the extra period.
London won the best-of-seven series 4-1.
The Nationals will no advance to take on either the Caledonia Corvairs or the Elmira Sugar Kings in the Sutherland Cup finals.
