The London Lightning defeated the Island Storm 118-115 in overtime on Saturday.
The Lightning lead the Storm 24-21 at the end of the first quarter, but fell behind the Storm 48-47 at halftime. London regained a one point lead in the third, and then the Storm tied the game with less than 13 seconds left in then final frame to force OT.
The Lightning scored with three seconds left in overtime to take a three point advantage for the win.
Warren Ward finished with a game high 32 points and 13 rebounds. Akeem Wright scored 19 points and Akeem Scott scored another 13 points and had ten assists.
The Lightning are in Moncton on Sunday to take on the Miracles at 2pm
