A pedestrian has been rushed to hospital after being struck by a train Monday afternoon.
London police say it happened shortly before 4 p.m. at the CN rail overpass on Platt's Lane off Oxford Street West, just northwest of downtown.
The victim was taken to London Health Services Centre with serious injuries.
Police say the incident was not related to any other roads or crosswalks.
The investigation is ongoing. Trains were briefly stopped at the location, but the tracks have reopened.
