A 24-year-old London man is facing drug charges after nearly $45,000 worth of cocaine and MDMA was found during the raid of a home and vehicle.
Officers with the London police guns and gangs section, with the help of the emergency response and canine unit, searched a home on Southport Crescent and a vehicle on Thursday afternoon. Officers turned up 442 grams of suspected cocaine, six grams of suspected methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), and roughly $11,500 in cash.
The approximate street value of the drugs seized is $44,800.
A London man is charged with two counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. The accused is scheduled to appear in court in relation to the charges on April 19.
