An overnight single-vehicle crash south of London has left a 19-year-old man facing impaired driving charges.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Southminster Bourne and Southdel Bourne in Middlesex Centre around 3:15 a.m. on Friday.
Middlesex OPP officers determined a vehicle had left the roadway and rolled.
No injuries were reported.
The driver, a 19-year-old from Woodstock, is charged with impaired driving, driving with a blood alcohol concentration 80 plus, and being a young driver with B.A.C. above zero. He has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in court on January 31.
Under Ontario's zero tolerance law for young and novice drivers, people 21 or younger or a driver of any age with a G1, G2, M1, or M2 licence cannot have any alcohol in their system.
