Missing St. Thomas man's e-bike found

An e-bike belonging to a St. Thomas man who was reported missing in September has been found outside of the city.

St. Thomas police confirmed on Monday that 34-year-old Kyle Hancock's e-bike was found on a rural property in the area of Southdale Line and Centennial Avenue. The bike was discovered on November 6.

Police searched the area following the discovery, but have not found Hancock.

Investigators continue to actively investigate the whereabouts of Hancock. They have followed up on multiple unfounded tips and reports, police said.

Hancock was reported missing from the city on September 27. He is described as approximately 6' tall, with a thin build, and brown hair.

"We remain committed to locating the missing person safe and sound," police said.

Police are asking the public to avoid the area of Southdale Line and Centennial Avenue while the search effort continues. Anyone with information about Hancock's whereabouts is asked to call police at 519-631-1224.
