London police are looking for a suspect after a robbery at a south-end jewellery store.
A man walked into the Peoples location within White Oaks Mall around 4 p.m. on Wednesday. He proceeded to smash a display case with a sledgehammer and grab jewellery from inside before running from the area.
No injuries were reported, police said.
An estimated value of the items stolen has not been released.
"The investigation is in its early stages, and more information will be provided when it's available," police said.
No description of the suspect was provided.
